Two Months
At two months old Baby Gus
--weighs 11 pounds, 2 ounces and is 21 inches long (a little below 15% for both)
--carries on the cooiest conversations
--sleeps best if he's swaddled in his bed
--can hold his head up pretty high during tummy time
--loves when his big brothers sing to him, but not when they put their hands all over his face
--has been known to sleep 6 hours straight at night (knock on wood!)
--still has a very, very gassy belly
--enjoys our animal finger puppet "Old McGus" shows
--keeps his back straight all the time
--only has traces of his baby acne but is developing some serious cradle cap
--does not like to be cuddled and would rather be facing out to see what's going on
--always has spit bubbles
--has the biggest, cheesiest grin imaginable

hey, we have an "old mchenry" over here! i feel for you with a gassy baby. i had 3 screamers. for 4 months straight each time. hang in there.
Such a happy guy. I can't wait for the smiles to start...it's one of the best things about 2 months old.
He is just PERFECT, and ...... so alert! Oh we love this little guy!
His eyes are soooo blue too!
