Sausalito

Blake had a professor in one of his business classes who said (or said something close to), "If it were as easy as buying low and selling high, we'd all be living on houseboats in Sausalito." We didn't realize how right he was until we moved out here. However, we would be living in one of the big houses on the hill, not a houseboat. Blake got off early from work today and took us up to Sausalito. Our favorite ice cream place is up there and the weather was perfect for it. We get banana ice cream with caramel swirls and chocolate chunks in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. Yum. We took our ice cream down along the water, spread out our blanket, and enjoyed some beautiful sunshine.

Blythe, I think you have been there. Remember after you ran Bay to Breakers and we went up to Muir Woods? I think we stopped to get ice cream on our way home. Yep, it's official, you have--I just checked 2005 pictures!

Ouch Beth. You wouldn't wear the other things I wear? Is it because I'm from Utah? :)

i would say ouch to beth too. what, you're impressed just because she would dress like YOU!? i guess you've never been impressed with the way i've dressed then. and i'm not a fan of banana icecream, but the pictures make it look so scrumptious the way you all can't get enough of it!

Okay Beth. You're forgiven. Blake let me go shopping a couple weeks ago. So nice. Did you see my new shoes, too? They're yellow with white polka dots. I love them. At first I wanted red, but now I LOVE the yellow.

Hey Addi,
I saw that you had a blog on Krista's site and I had to take a peek. You guys look like you are doing well and little Max is so adorable. How are things in SF? I sure miss it there....alot sometimes, but John and I are doing well here in DC and we love the area. We also have a blog too, so feel free to check it when you like. I hope to hear from you guys sometime. Take care!
