Saturday in Marin

We love Saturdays! Why? Because there is always something FREE! Free hotdogs at RC Willey and free entrance to the museums. Today we went up to Marin to the Bay Area Discovery Museum. It is right across the Golden Gate Bridge and has some amazing views. Max's favorite part was Tot Spot. At Tot Spot Max played in a make-believe pond (like a waterbed) and "swam" with fish, ducks, and frogs. He especially liked pushing the buttons on the walls that made each animal noise. He also made a lot of friends by going up to the other kids and showing them where their noses are. What a nice boy.

After the Discovery Museum, we decided to do some exploring and take a road we've never been on. We passed Point Bonita Lighthouse, the lighthouse at the entrance to the bay that is still in operation, and some old army barracks. We ended up at the ocean just in time to watch the sunset.
