TGITh--The Doctor's Office
This week Blake switched things up on us. He had Thursday off instead of Tuesday. So this week we planned something REALLY fun--a trip to the doctor's office for Jack's 2 month and Max's 2 year appointments. I can't even imagine going to the doctor's office with two kids and no Blake. If he wouldn't have been there I'm pretty sure one of the boys would've, ironically, come home with a serious injury. Max had three shots and Jack had five. Max didn't cry at all, and Jack only cried for a minute, but by the time the doctor was putting on a bandaid he was fine. I am so lucky to have such healthy boys.
And the results are in--
Max: 30 pounds, 2 ounces (90%) and 36.5 inches (90%)
Jack: 13 pounds, 6 ounches (90%), and 24 inches (90%)

i love my boys! i find it extremely intriguing that both max and jack are 90% in both height and weight. are you sure the chart just wasn't stuck on that percentage?! i love the picture of them laying side by side on the dr slab. i know for a fact no one ever went with me to dr appt's--not mine, not my kids, not even when ash was one year old and there were baby twins. you could do it--you'll see, eventually, i'm sure! love those adorable boys. . .
i agree addi. dr appts are THE WORST when you're alone and have more than one child (patty must have a horrible memory). 3 kids at the dr is a fun time--especially when one has to go potty, one is touching everything in the bathroom and the other is crying because you're almost dropping him as you're trying to wipe. but wait, i forgot, that happens everywhere, not just the dr!
i think it's funny max still sits nakey on the baby scale. our dr has them stay clothed without shoes and on a stand up scale once they can obey to stand there. and nice editing job on jack's scale picture.
(i meant as you're trying to wipe your child).
We just did the Dr. yesterday, and you can do it! Brady just turned 3 and weighs 28lbs, how funny!
Looks like a fun and successful trip to the doctor! I can't believe both Max and Jack are in the 90% for height and weight! What big and handsome boys you have!

Healthy sure is a good thing! That is our boys!!! After all, buff is good..... they need to take care of their mother! Love you guys!

I love the picture of the two of them laying side-by-side. I can't even imagine taking two of them to the doctor! YIKES!!!
Going to the doctor with two sans husband is crazy but doable. I'm glad Max is getting so big! We may have a match in Charly after all. Although, she's small anyway.
you have HUGE boys! jack is already passing up zo. way to go. and to think theyre this big and you have to shove food in their mouths! wow.
