Muir Beach
Today Max and I had a lucky treat. Since it's break for the school, Blake didn't have to work this morning. He took us on a little car ride up to Muir Beach for some fun in the sun. Or, more like fun 
in the water. Once we got Max's shoes off, he was in heaven. First all he wanted to do was play in the sand. He loved folding up his toes and getting sand stuck in them. But then, he saw the water! He ran staight in. He had so much fun chasing the water down and back, looking at the dogs and birds, and eating sandy pretzels. He even got daring and took some pretty harsh waves...until one took him. He let us know then, it was time to go home!

How fun! What a beautiful beach. I love the pic of you holding Max. It is so cute. I'm glad that Blake was able to have the morning off. That must make the student/professional transition easier. Gotta love the weeks off being a student!

Wow, I'm jealous! Family fun at the beach!!! That is definately something we don't get in Utah! I don't think we ever even went to the Great Salt Lake!
