ADA 2007
_____________________________________________________This weekend we had a full house of visitors for the ADA Convention--Gary, Patty, Rachel, Oscar, and Ashley! Although, I'd like to think they really came to see us. Well, all of them except Rachel. She came to see Lance AND us. Out of the group, Max and I are the only ones that didn't make it down to the convention. I think it must have been a success, though, from the amount of toothpaste and toothbrushes they brought home. But I KNOW the rest of their San Francisco experience was a success. Tour Guide Blake was at his prime, even adding new stops to his tour, including City Hall and Lucas Film Studios.
Of course he didn't forget the usual favorites. Starting with a newly-remodeled (well, since any of them have been here to visit) Palace of Fine Arts. Max loved the new landscaping so much that he decided to take a dip in the now easily-accessible pond. It didn't turn out as fun as he thought it would though. And all the other San Francisco CLASSICS--the Golden Gate Bridge (San Francisco and Marin sides), Alamo Square, Fisherman's Wharf, the Legion of Honor, Lombard Street, Oakland Temple, Coit Tower, Pier 39, Golden Gate Park, and Ghirardelli Square.
And you know this wouldn't be my blog if I didn't mention the food. We had Gordo's, House of Nanking, Bistro Burger, Mama's, Philly Cheesesteaks, Chili's (Again, Addi and Ashley HAD to eat there), our favorite Oakland Taco Truck, and Fenton's. Oooo, my mouth is watering. I love visitors.
But I think some of our best times were just sitting on the New Zealand mat, at the park or on the beach, just being together. Isn't that so corny? But I can't help it--we love our family! Especially Max, who couldn't get enough of his cousin, Baby Oscar. We can't wait to see you all again in November! Thanks for a fun weekend!

I didnt get to come because Im not a business expense. Rude huh. But I will come back. It made me sad...I miss SF. And wonderful people like you!
I thought I'd for sure be in San Francisco for that weekend too...and oops! I didn't even realize that it was last weeekend! Definitely gotta work on staying in the dental loop a little more. In the spring it is the CDA Convention that we are coming to I think - it is in Southern California - will you be there?
Addi, I swear I need to call you again and tell you that you're having a baby in 12 days! Slow down, woman!

Looks like a fun weekend! I would personally like to welcome Blake to the Short Haircut Association of America (SHAA, if you will)-- we've been needing someone with leadership experience.
So cute! We will expect all the additons to the tour when we come, because we really will come this year, or Rusty is busted!
Little Sister, you are making me tired! It looks like another amazingly fun packed weekend! You guys really know how to make all your family and friends come back out to see you!!! I loved Max's swimming expedition photo! It is to bad that he didn't like the swim as much! We are looking forward to Brother's first real appearance!
Love you all.... Grandma
I know we live here too, but can we pretend for one weekend that we are visiting so we can eat at all those yummy places? We will even come sleep on your futon, and Audrey would LOVE to sleep with Max!

Whoa girl, you need to slow down a little. I love your blog and your pics. I can live the Robison life vicariously through all of your blogs. It is nice to keep up with your family. Do you give that tour to all family, even the somewhat extended ones? I would love to visit you guys sometime, it looks like a very fun and full life you live. Hugs, Aunt Susie
