I've Always Wondered...
So, I know I have a loud (I like to say "confident"), manly voice (there are several tapes I made with friends in high school that prove this), but I've always wondered what I sound like to my boys. Especially my baby talk. Recently Max has helped me figure it out by talking in a voice that, I can only assume, is imitating me. When I go to get Jack out of his bed I usually say, "Are you awake, Jack?" So, this video is Max's loud, throaty impression of me saying that. It gets deeper and deeper as he goes on. At least he's solved the mystery.

i'm laughing so hard watching and listening to this! if only, if only, if only i had had access to this kind of stuff when the kids were little. . priceless!
The video isn't working for me right now, so I'll be back again to watch another time...I can't wait to hear it!
But I really just wanted to say that I love those Robison boys (even though it's been since the pre-existence since I've seen Jack...). They are beautiful and I love all the stories you share about them!!
We have all watched that movie over and over! We love it! And..... fyi, Max might say the same things you say, but I think he has his own sound! We love it! I think Jack loves it too!!!
Great entry!!!
Can't wait to see those boys tomorrow, and the next day, and I'm sure the next...
