Honorary Beaner
I didn't take a lot of pictures while we were in Utah, but I couldn't pass up Max earning his first honorary bean badge. He didn't earn a full-out bean badge because that requires some actual work in the garden. Max only helped with the snipping, but a BIG help it was. He carried the bucket with the beans between Bri and Grandpa and handed them more (one-by-one, if you notice in the picture) when they were running low. I can't wait to have our own garden and put Max to work every summer planting, weeding, and picking like I was so lucky to do when I was young. So, until then, he is just an honorary beaner, but I'm pretty sure those who have earned the badge before him will be so proud as that coveted bean leaf is placed upon his shirt.

Hmmmm, those look so good! What a good little helper. Braden would have just opened them to throw at passers-by. I miss our UT garden!
mmmmm, Beans.
You forgot to mention how helpful Max was with arranging the bottle rings on the floor. You can see his handiwork in the second picture.

Beans! They don't come better than home grown! Thanks to ALL the Beaners.... Grandpa, Bri, Andy, Tony, Addi, and finally proud to add MAX! It takes lots of effort. Hey, Blake .... how did you get out of it? Okay.... someone has to eat them!
